Air Connectivity and Development for Bhopal (ADB) is a people’s movement that believes a well-connected healthy airport is the pivot around which development of Bhopal will happen. Tourism, industry and jobs will follow as the city gets 360-degree connectivity. The group is organized in the social media as well as on the ground and has active members of over 60,000 in all major cities of India. NRIs from Bhopal settled in UAE, UK, France, and USA are also active members of this global campaign.
ADB makes its demands through its twitter campaigns under the hashtags #AirconnectivityForBhopal . It also sends delegations to various stakeholders like AAI, MP State Government, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Bhopal Local Administration etc. Additionally the campaign has received coverage from newspapers
